COVID-19 NOVEL CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

At Emirates Tech, we continue to serve our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, while ensuring the health and safety of our employees, by proceeding to follow the UAE and WHO regulations through the following actions:

  • Providing employees with professional guidance in response to this outbreak through completing WHO online basic knowledge course on COVID-19 for effective response and maintaining a safe working environment.

 

  • Supplying all staff with necessary PPE materials (masks, sanitizers, gloves …etc) to follow infection control protocols.

 

  • Promoting hygiene practices such as thorough hand washing by employees, contractors and customers.

 

  • Responding immediately to any potential worksite contamination events:  including disinfection, isolation and increased hygienity protocols.

 

  • Identifying potential workers who can work-from-home and those who need to be in contact with clients or work on sites.

 

  • Training the employees to use distance communication and managing meetings on TEAMS and ZOOM for follow up and services.

 

  • Ensuring the wellbeing of the employees and providing support whenever needed.

 

Also, we are working on minimizing business disruptions, through:

 

  • Monitoring our suppliers’ performance and identifying any interruptions in receiving critical components for building our integrated solutions.

 

  • Reviewing the pandemic implications on logistics periodically.

 

  • Immediately informing customers on any likely interruptions with our services.
